The Betty Jayne Brimmer Center for Performing Arts project included converting a library to a 5,000-square-foot performing facility in Peoria Heights, IL. The renovations included new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems, a new floor plan, grinding and re-sealing of the open floor, storefront/Nanawall systems, and minimal exterior upgrades.
