The Lincoln Jr. High School Renovations project, completed for LaSalle Elementary School District No. 122, included the renovation of a 23,000-square-foot academic campus located in LaSalle, IL. The facility houses special education classrooms, STEM laboratories, and a media center for 300 students in sixth through eighth grade. Renovations consisted a kitchen and cafeteria expansion, updated restrooms, and renovated offices. Construction efforts utilized the school’s existing foundation, structural frame, exterior, and roof. The project also featured the new construction of a controlled main entrance to the school for security, sprinkler systems, and energy efficient mechanical systems. The Lincoln Jr. High School Renovation project fulfilled the client’s goals and meets the future needs of the district.
