The Clock Tower Place project, built for Morton Community Bank, included the new construction of a three-story, 54,000 square foot bank building located at Fondulac Plaza in East Peoria, IL. The facility functions as a bank branch for trust services, loan operations, and investment services for commercial banking. The building was constructed on a concrete foundation with a steel structural frame, an exterior of brick, stone and an exterior finish and insulation system. A standing seam metal roof combined with synthetic slate roof tile completed the exterior construction. Interior finishes included wood, tile and carpet flooring with stone accents and custom wood casework and trim. The project features a fireplace in the customer lounge, an executive dining area, three drive-up windows, and a nine-foot steel clock tower. Additional features include 16 covered parking spaces, 64 uncovered parking spaces, and an outdoor water feature. The Clock Tower Place at the Fondulac Plaza now provides centralized services in an upscale building.
