The Frisco Independent School District Bruce Eubanks Natatorium Expansion project involved the new construction of a 48,000-square-foot practice facility adjacent to the Bruce Eubanks Natatorium and Memorial Stadium in Frisco, TX. The new facility serves as a support facility for the Eubanks Natatorium. The project houses the headquarters for the Athletic Department and doubles the pool capacity and the locker room area for the District. The project also included a 50-meter practice pool, a multipurpose professional development space with retractable walls to accommodate up to 250 people, and a Hall of Honor to recognize current students and alumni. The project was constructed on a concrete foundation supported by footings with a structural frame comprised of the pre-engineered metal building and structural steel, a masonry and metal panel exterior, and a single-ply roof.
