The Frisco Memorial Stadium Renovation project, completed for the Frisco Independent School District, involved 5,500 square feet of work to the existing athletic complex. The facility supports the football, baseball, and track events of the school district. Renovations of the athletic complex consisted of the addition of 1,400 seats to the football stadium, expansion of the varsity locker rooms, relocation of the scoreboard, and a widening of the running track. The project also featured the new construction of a concessions building at the football stadium, and a storage building for the nearby Eubanks Natatorium. The new buildings were constructed on a concrete slab-on-grade foundation with a concrete masonry unit block structural frame, a brick exterior, and a modified bituminous roof. The Frisco Memorial Stadium Renovation project met the District’s need to provide upgraded athletic facilities to support the District’s growing student population.
