The Merrill Gardens at ChampionsGate project included the new construction of a four-story, 231,000-square-foot senior complex in ChampionsGate, FL. The facility houses a 132-unit independent living facility, a two-story, 56-unit assisted living facility, and a 36-unit memory care center. The project features a swimming pool, a fitness area, a dining room, and a movie theater. The complex was constructed on a concrete slab-on-grade foundation with spread footings, a structural frame of concrete masonry unit block walls, high country flooring, wood trusses, a concrete exterior with stucco, and a concrete barrel tile roof. The Merrill Gardens at ChampionsGate project now provides individualized care to seniors living in the Orlando area.
