The Soderstrom Dermatology and Skin Dimensions Day Spa project, built for Morton Medical Building, LLC, included the new construction of a 11,000 square foot medical treatment clinic located in Peoria, IL. The facility houses the Soderstrom Dermatology Center, Medspa, Skin Dimensions Day Spa, and the Peoria Ambulatory Surgery Center. The medical treatment clinic was constructed of a wood structural frame and brick exterior. The project also includes a 3,500 square foot basement and a 4,000 square foot main floor. Due to CORE’s detailed construction efforts, the Soderstrom Dermatology and Skin Dimensions Day Spa creates a pleasing and captivating space reflecting luxury, comfort, and medical expertise to patents.
